This section presents a number of steps Employers' Organizations should take to define, organize and manage the process of assessing the EESE. Three worksheets are included in this section to guide planning decisions.


Section 2.3: Assessment Tools

This section contains a number of practical tools that can be used by an Employers' Organization when carrying out an EESE assessment.

The assessment tools are split into three groups:

  • Group A: Tools to assist secondary data collection
  • Group B: Tools to assist primary data collection
  • Group C: Tools to assess the external environment
